NEW PRODUCTS
Valeron laminated foam
Valeron is a cross-laminated plastic that is tear and
puncture resistant.
When you combine Valeron and closed-cell air foam you
create a soft and flexible package that has a layer of air
to cushion the wrapped products.
When paper is added it produces a package that makes
it easy to wrap up any size item and it keep its wrapped
shape. It is truly unlike anything in the market.
Spunbond laminates
Spunbond is a unique fabric that incorporates poly
strands of fibers bonded together in a non-woven
pattern. This type of makeup gives this material extra
strength in all directions. It also has a soft feel and adds
a non scratch surface and is pores to vapors. Dupots
Tyvek material is made of spunbonding poly threads
together.
Poly paper
Good old plastic and paper. When these two differnet
substrate are combined they add good water resistance,
tear strength and memory capabilities. It is a low cost
solution to meet many flexible packaging needs.
